Masterclass in HR or Job Hunting Skills and Interviewing Techniques: PMCG

International development company – PMCG will hold Pro Bono masterclass for the local nonprofit.

The purpose of the masterclass is to inform and provide sufficient information about successful interviewing techniques and necessary skills to find the preferable job for the beneficiaries of the local CSO – Tetritskaro Learning and Employment Support Center. Also, as part of the masterclass, the participants will be involved in the interview simulation process, which give them real feeling of the interview process.

Tetritskaro Learning and Employment Support Center was established within the project of “Skills Building and Innovative Job Opportunities for Regional Development of Georgia”. The purpose of the Learning and Employment Support Centers is to help local job seekers develop their skills and deepen their knowledge in a variety of areas. The Centers gradually develop training programs, workshops and seminars, taking into account the requirements of the labour market, as well as the needs and interest of people who apply to the employment centers.
