Pro Bono Consultation on Tax issues – BDO Georgia

Pro Bono consultation will be held by BDO Georgia, organized by the Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG).

The purpose of the consultation is to provide assistance to local social enterprise “Babale” in Taxation. “Babale” is one of the SEs in Georgia, which registered on online shops, such as Amazon, Etsy and launched exporting its products. As the result, enterprise has transfers with companies registered in foreign countries and have taxation issues with regard transaction.

“Social enterprise”Babale” was founded by civil society organization “Together for Real Changes”. The founders of the organization are the parents of children and adults with disabilities. There is creative workshop in “Babale”, where adults with special needs are working and studying, at the same time there is the salon for exhibition and for sale of the their works. Decorative art models are created as a result of mutual work of painters, designers and special teachers.
