
ReadyGO: BMW executives working ProBono with Social Entrepreneurs
ReadyGO is a customized program of the BMW Group specifically designed for leaders who have designated potential for the so-called function level II (senior management level). The program offers participants the opportunity to actively develop their leadership capabilities as drivers of the sustainable transformation of the BMW Group. In alignment with the BMW Group strategy and leadership competency model, the participants are challenged to develop the organization through the learning aims of disrupt, develop and drive.
In close cooperation with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, an integral part of the program since 2016 is collaborative work with Social Entrepreneurs – the Purpose Partnerships. In the course of the program, participants contribute on a pro bono basis to social projects with their experience, knowledge, and expertise and are fostered to broaden their horizons by learning from the Social Entrepreneurs’ perspective and by developing responsible leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset with a real social purpose.
