Reach connects people who want to volunteer their skills with the non profits that need their expertise. We work throughout the UK. Last year we made over 930 placements. About 50% of these are board positions; the other half are a broad mixture of skilled positions ranging from website to development, to ‘volunteer coordinators’ or advice on specialist areas such as HR, costing models etc.

We have a small staff team (8 employees) supported by currently 20 volunteers.

Our primary service is free, online and self service. We also offer a trustee executive search service, a trustee recruitment consultation service for funders’ grantees, and a board placement service for businesses (helping employees secure trustee positions).
